Home staging at GoodMove combines two things usually booked separately: a presentation clean that goes well beyond a normal deep clean, and styling with what is already there. We move furniture, reduce, order, arrange textiles, set light and put away everything that distracts from the room. The result: photos that get clicks and viewings where prospects feel at home.
We work with owners selling privately, with estate agents in the spa region and the Mödling district, and with landlords who want to present a high-quality apartment accordingly. On request we coordinate directly with your photographer or agent and are on site for the photo shoot.

What does home staging cost with you?
For an apartment up to 80 m² from €249, for houses from 120 m² from €449, each including presentation cleaning and styling with your furnishings. We quote the fixed price after photos or a short visit. Classic staging with rented furniture costs many times that in Austria.
Do you bring furniture and decor?
Our standard works with what you have, supplemented by small loan decor such as cushions, throws and vases for the photo shoot. For empty properties that need full furnishing we work with partners and are happy to refer.
How long does it take?
An apartment up to 80 m² we do in one day. Houses take one to two days. If the photo shoot is fixed, we plan backwards from that date.
Is it worth it at all?
Properties photographed clean, bright and tidy get more enquiries and sell faster. At a sale price of €600,000, €449 for presentation is 0.07 percent. The first impression decides whether prospects even come to a viewing.
Do you work with estate agents?
Yes. Agents in Baden, Mödling and south Vienna book us for their properties and get collective invoices and fixed terms on request. Message us if you present properties regularly.
