Emergency cleaning with us means a binding response time: within 3 hours of your confirmation we are at your door, in Brunn am Gebirge, Perchtoldsdorf, Maria Enzersdorf and Mödling often within 90 minutes. We arrive with full equipment and stay until the problem is solved.
We take emergencies seriously, but not every job. For mould, sewage, crime scenes or fire damage we refer you to specialist firms. For everything else that has to be clean today, we are the number to call.
What emergency cleaning includes
- Everything from same-day cleaning: kitchen, bathroom, living areas, floors
- Removal of construction dust after builders, including dusting walls and windows inside
- Follow-up cleaning after repaired water damage: drying residue, stains, odours
- Immediate cleaning after parties: rubbish, dishes, stains, floors, bathroom
- Preparation for sudden visitors or guests in a holiday rental
- Prioritisation: you tell us what must be done first

When to call us as an emergency

Questions about Emergency Cleaning
How do you guarantee the 3 hours?
We keep daily capacity free for emergencies in our core area and take on only as many jobs as we can manage in that time. If we cannot hold the 3 hours for once, we tell you before you book, not after.
Why is emergency cleaning more expensive?
Because we hold capacity for it and move other jobs. The €8 per hour above same-day cleaning is the price for us leaving immediately. Requests with more than 3 hours' notice automatically get the cheaper same-day rate.
Do you come at night?
Our hours are 6 am to 10 pm. For jobs outside these hours please ask; in individual cases and for a surcharge it is possible.
What about mould or damage?
We do not clean mould, fire damage or biological hazards. Specialist firms exist for that and we are happy to name them. What we do: make the apartment liveable again after the repair.
