- Beds stripped, freshly made, pillows and duvets arranged (your linen or our laundry service)

- Rubbish out, airing, odours neutralised

Questions about Airbnb & Holiday Rentals
Can you do a turnover between 11 and 3?
Yes, with timely notice. An apartment up to 55 m² takes about 90 minutes, up to 80 m² about 2 hours. Best to contact us as soon as you know your cleaner is out, even if that is early morning.
Do you bring bed linen and towels?
We make beds with your linen. On request we run the laundry service: we take the used linen, wash, dry and bring it back for the next turnover.
How does access work if I am not there?
Key box, smart lock or key deposit with us. We confirm arrival and completion with photos so you always know where we stand.
Are there rates for regular turnovers?
Yes. From 4 turnovers a month you get a fixed price per turnover without same-day surcharge and one dedicated contact. Message us with the number of apartments and bookings.
