Questions about pricing
Why are you cheaper than Vienna last-minute providers but pricier than platforms?
Platforms broker self-employed cleaners at €25 an hour and earn on the brokerage. Vienna last-minute providers charge up to €44 an hour plus a fee for every piece of equipment. We sit between at €39 because we send our own trained people, bring all equipment and stand behind the result.
Are there hidden costs?
No. Travel within our area is included. Products and equipment are €9.90 flat per visit, however much we use. Surcharges apply only for evenings, Sundays, holidays and emergencies, and they are listed on this page.
How do you calculate the fixed price?
By square metres, condition and scope. You send photos or a short description, we send duration and total price. If the clean takes less time, you pay less. If it takes longer because we misjudged, you still pay only the agreed price.
What if I am not satisfied?
You walk through the rooms with us before we leave. Anything you are unhappy with, we re-clean immediately. If you notice something later, contact us within 24 hours and we come back free of charge.
Are there discounts?
Yes: 10 percent off the second clean when you book pre- and post-party cleaning or move-out and move-in cleaning together. Regulars with recurring slots and Airbnb hosts from 4 turnovers a month get special terms.
