Who is behind GoodMove

I am Sunny Ritsch, founder of GoodMove Cleaning, and I live in Baden bei Wien myself. I know the homes here because this area has been my home for years: the villas in Baden, the period buildings in Mödling, the new builds in Brunn and Wiener Neustadt. And I know the problem GoodMove solves from my own experience: anyone who needs a thorough clean at short notice here gets an appointment in two weeks.

So I do it differently. You message me, and within 15 minutes you get a reply from me personally, not from a hotline. I come to you myself, with my own equipment and a fixed checklist per room, and at the end I walk through every room with you. You always know who is in your house, and you have one contact person who stands behind the result. When a job needs more hands, I work with vetted partners I have trained personally.

What I stand for

• Reliability. A confirmation is a confirmation. Time, price, result.
• Discretion. No photos for social media, no sharing of addresses, keys insured and stored safely.
• Material knowledge. Parquet, natural stone, glass, lacquered fronts: the wrong product costs more than the cleaning.
• Honesty. What we cannot do, we say up front. Mould, fire damage and crime scenes belong to specialists.
• Fairness. Towards you with fixed prices, towards our people with fair pay.

Legal and insurance

GoodMove Cleaning is registered in Austria as a free trade (Hausbetreuung) and carries liability insurance. We clean private apartments, houses and holiday accommodation. We deliberately do not offer office or commercial cleaning.
