Home concierge is for everyone who owns a house or apartment but is not always there: second homes in Baden and Bad Vöslau, resort apartments in Oberwaltersdorf, holiday homes at Lake Neusiedl, families in Perchtoldsdorf who travel a lot, and owners commuting between Vienna and the south. You tell us what needs doing, we take care of it and send you a short report with photos.
We do everything a reliable neighbour with a key would do, only binding, insured and with a firm confirmation. What we do not do: trade work, electrics, plumbing, property management or care for people who need assistance. For those we are happy to refer the right professionals and coordinate the appointment.
What home concierge includes
- Prepare the house or apartment before you arrive: air, quick clean, make beds, towels, set heating or air conditioning
- Shop for groceries and supplies from your list and put them away
- Check visits while you are away: walk-through, windows, water, heating, anything unusual with a photo report
- Water plants, empty the letterbox, sort post and photograph it on request
- Accept parcels, take returns to the post office or parcel station
- Wait for tradespeople, deliveries or furniture assembly and give access
- Key handover to guests, tenants, tradespeople or buyers, including a short briefing
- Errands: pharmacy, dry cleaning, shopping, flowers, gifts
- Photo documentation of the property’s condition, for example before letting or after a storm

- Coming Home, from €149: you land, the house is ready. Airing, quick clean, fresh beds, fridge stocked from your list, post on the table. Shopping at cost.
- While You’re Away, from €89 per visit or €249 per week with three visits: check walk-through with photo report, plants, letterbox, parcels, heating or air conditioning.
- Guests Arriving Tonight, from €199: cleaning, beds and bathroom hotel-style, shopping, flowers, welcome set.
- Tradesperson Day, from €45 per hour: we wait, give access, document with photos and lock up again.
- Key Handover, €39 per handover: personal handover to guests, tenants or buyers with a short briefing.

Questions about home concierge
How does access to my home work?
You give us a key or a code. Keys are insured and stored separately from address data. After every visit you get a short message with photos, so you always know when we were there and what we did.
What does a check visit cost while I am away?
A visit costs from €89 and includes the walk-through, photo report, plants and letterbox. Three visits a week cost €249 per week. For longer absences we make a quote.
Do you also handle repairs or electrics?
No. Trade work, electrics and plumbing may only be carried out by licensed businesses. We are happy to refer professionals from the region, coordinate the appointment, give access and accept the work on your behalf.
Do you also look after elderly people?
We run errands and household tasks for all age groups. Organised care for people who need assistance is a separate licensed activity (Personenbetreuung) that we do not offer. If that is what you need, we are happy to name suitable providers.
How quickly can you come?
Same as our cleaning: requests by 5 pm are usually done the same day, emergency visits within 3 hours for a €25 surcharge.
