Handover cleaning is about your deposit. Landlords and property managers check the oven, extractor hood, grout, windows, silicone, radiators and the corners behind doors. That is exactly where we start. Our handover clean is a fixed-price service with clearly defined scope and a photo report you can present at the handover.
We clean empty apartments and houses in the Mödling district, in Baden, Wiener Neustadt, Eisenstadt and south Vienna. On request we align the slot with your handover appointment and finish the day before or the morning of.
What handover cleaning includes
- Kitchen: oven interior, hob, extractor incl. filter, fridge interior, dishwasher, all cupboards inside and out
- Bathroom: descaling taps, shower and tiles, grout and silicone, toilet thoroughly, drains
- Windows inside incl. frames and sills
- Doors, door frames, light switches, sockets, skirting boards, radiators
- Floors: vacuumed and mopped incl. edges and corners, parquet with the right product
- Balcony or terrace swept and mopped
- Cellar or storage room broom-clean
- Photo handover report by email

Can the handover be tomorrow?
Yes. Handover cleans are available as same-day or next-day slots, including weekends. With less than 3 hours' notice the emergency rate applies.
What if the landlord objects to something?
Our photo report documents the condition after cleaning. Should something still have been missed, we come back within 48 hours and re-clean free of charge. That is our handover guarantee.
Does the apartment have to be empty?
Ideally yes. We also clean furnished apartments; then we agree in advance what may be moved and what not.
Do you clean the new apartment too?
Yes. If you book both cleans, you get 10 percent off the move-in clean. So you move from a clean apartment into a clean one.
